Introducing the Log House Company
We will help you create a tranquil and beautiful place in which to work,
live or relax.
Every log cabin, log house, home office, games room, garden building,
mobile home, lodge or granny annex we build is unquestionably unique.
We don’t machine our logs so your Log House Company building will
in no way resemble a mass-produced log cabin.
Each log is individually selected from trees grown in the UK, felled and
peeled by hand, then cut and crafted into the building of your design
using traditional methods. When you do the choosing, the building reflects
who you are, what you want.
You’ll have a building of character and beauty, solid and built
to last. Whether you use it personally or for business, your retreat,
home or workplace is made from a naturally strong, insulating and renewable
material. The traditional way we build, using logs, is very economical
and environmentally friendly because it is sustainable – and not
always easy to find. Until now.
Create something unique.

options available, and how we can help you make your desires real.

OUR LOG HOUSES MEET THE LATEST BUILDING REGULATIONS
Recent changes in the building regulations mean not
all manufacturers can claim they conform to the specified thermal
ratings. We are currently working on a residential property with walls
420mm (16½ inches) thick, and believe we will be the first
supplier in the UK to comply with the new regulations. The building
will comprise solid log walls with no additional inner cladding to
add insulation for the required “U” values (thermal measurement
for materials) – a proper log cabin.

BE OUR GUEST - STAY IN ONE OF OUR LOG HOUSES
Next year we plan to have
Log House Company accommodation available so you can stay in a log
cabin. These cabins will be in rural Suffolk and will allow potential
customers to ‘try before you buy’ and also enable us to
satisfy enquiries from people who wish to stay in a rustic, traditional
log cabin.

If you own land and are thinking of offering holiday
accommodation along similar lines, we will be pleased to advise you.
To reserve your stay or simply book one of our cabins
for a holiday, or for advice on building your own holiday accommodation,
